上海凯宾斯基大酒店任命尹学彬先生为酒店行政助理经理

　　近日，上海凯宾斯大酒店正式任命尹学彬先生(Mr. Gregor Raible)为酒店行政助理经理。

　　1998年，尹学彬先生进入了家乡瑞士日内瓦诺加希尔顿酒店(现瑞士日内瓦凯宾斯基大酒店)开始他的厨师学徒生涯。在此之后，他先后在当地米其林二星及三星餐厅工作，丰富的工作经历不仅让他的厨艺得到不断的精进，同时也获得了不少餐饮知识和管理技巧。2007年，尹学彬先生重新回到瑞士日内瓦凯宾斯基大酒店，经过了一段时间的历练很快便被提升为助理餐饮总监。2011年，尹学彬先生来到了中国青岛加入了原青岛凯宾斯基饭店的开业团队，负责餐饮与客房的筹备工作。作为一个热衷于服务行业的酒店人，尹学彬先生继续前行加入了洲际酒店集团，担任其亚太区旗舰店香港洲际酒店的助理餐饮总监一职。在这之后他来到了上海在上海卓美亚喜马拉雅酒店任职。

　　Gregor Raible began his career as Chef apprentice in 1998 with Hotel Noga Hilton Geneva, Switzerland (today: Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva).

　　He gained thereafter excellent culinary work experience in renowned 2- and 3- star Guide Michelin restaurants. In 2007, Greg returned to the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva, to pass through an F&B Management Training, to be promoted then to Assistant Director Food & Beverage. In 2011, Greg transferred to Qingdao, China, where he worked in F&B and Rooms as part of the opening team for the upcoming previous Kempinski Hotel Qingdao.Being a passionate hotelier, Greg moved on and joined IHG Group as Assistant F&B Director of their flagship InterContinental Hong Kong, and accepted thereafter a career opportunity with Inter-Continental and Jumeirah Hotels in Shanghai.
