　　白学哲女士拥有将近20年酒店行业工作经验，在由上海世茂酒店管理公司内部调转至上海喜达世茂酒店管理有限公司前，曾效力于三亚中心凯悦嘉轩酒店，丽江金茂君悦酒店、三亚半岛度洲际度假酒店、三亚亚龙湾希尔顿大酒店、深圳大中华喜来登酒店、三亚万豪度假酒店等。在这些优秀的工作平台上的职场历练，使得她积累了丰富的国际品牌酒店市场营销经验，特别在市场推广、收益管理，客源开拓，宴会销售等方面都有独特的见解，表现出了卓越的领导力。

She has unique insights in market promotion, revenue management，business development，banquet sales, and has shown remarkable leadership. Prior to this internal transfer from Shimao Hotels Group to Shimao Star Hotels Group, Ms. Karen Bai served at different hotel groups and held key positions at Hyatt Place Sanya City Center, Grand Hyatt Lijiang, InterContinental Sanya Resort, Hilton Sanya Resort and Spa, Sheraton Shenzhen, Marriott Sanya Resort and Spa and etc.
