青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店任命梁欣先生为总经理

　　近日，青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店任命梁欣先生为酒店总经理。他将全面负责酒店的管理及运营工作。

　　梁欣先生于2000年开始其酒店生涯，曾工作于万豪、洲际等多个国际品牌。2005年加入洲际酒店管理集团，担任北京金融街洲际酒店会务总监一职，并于2012年升任北京金融街洲际酒店驻店经理。之后担任过西双版纳洲际酒店代理总经理及杭州洲际酒店酒店经理。在此任命前，梁欣先生担任宁波洲际酒店总经理一职。

　　Mr. Steven Liang – New General Manager of Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach

　　Steven Liang has been newly appointed as General Manager of Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach. By his strengths and expertise, Steven will fully in charge of hotel’s operation and management.

　　Steven started his hotel career in 2000, and worked in Sheraton and InterContinental brand during his career. He joined in InterContinental Hotels Group in 2005, as Director of Meeting & Events of InterContinental Beijing Financial Street, followed by promotion to Resident Manager in 2012. During 2014-2015, he worked in InterContinental Xishuangbanna and InterContinental Hangzhou respectively. Prior to this new role, he was General Manager at InterContinental Ningbo.

　　Steven says he is thrilled to be joining the Hilton and be a member of Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach. With his rich experience in hospitality and outstanding leadership skills, especially on the sharpness of marketing positioning and improvement of guests ‘satisfaction, he will passionately lead the team to champion the target and change, steady hotel’s market position, stand out from competitors and bring superior experience to the guests at Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach.
