　　费名洋将其在酒店业领导岗位上近20年的丰富经验带到酒店，同时还有他对W品牌让宾客梦想成真的特色Whatever/Whenever随时/随需服务的无限热情。

　　A more then 20-year hospitality industry veteran, Florian brings to his role a strong proficiency in leadership experience in hotel operations from three continents across the globe as well as a solid food & beverage background.

　　在来到广州W酒店之前，费名洋担任北京W酒店的酒店经理，负责该酒店所有的预开业与开业活动。之前，他在台北W酒店担任酒店预开业及开业期间的酒店经理。更早之前，费名洋还担任了另一家喜达屋旗下酒店，即北京金茂威斯汀酒店的酒店经理，并负责宾客接待、礼宾、门童、客房、洗衣、健康俱乐部、商务中心和保安等部门的日常运营工作，此外还管理各个餐饮点和宴会业务。在此之前，他先后在位于布达佩斯和慕尼黑的多家酒店担任各种职务

　　Florian opened his career with the Starwood family in 2000 in Dubai and since then he has experienced several key positions in a number of Starwood hotels across diverse brands, cities and countries. In 2010, he got his first taste of W brand while taking up the position of opening Hotel Manager of W Taipei and then move to W Beijing in 2014 where he successfully supported the hotels HOT opening. With his enthusiasm & W DNA, he will lead the way for W Guangzhou to continue to sparkle in the market.
